1. Delivery Time
- The customized store will be delivered within 15 business days , depending on the complexity of the project and payment confirmation.
2. Domain and Hosting
- The customer can use their own domain or request the purchase of a new one.
- Purchasing the domain and hiring hosting are the client's responsibility and must be acquired before starting the project.
- We can suggest reliable hosting providers for better store performance.
- If you want a professional email , this service must be purchased separately.
3. Customizations
- The store will be customized according to customer preferences, including design, layout and product integration .
- Inclusion of up to 12 products in the store.
- The choice of products and suppliers is the customer's responsibility .
- Additional products or advanced customizations will be charged separately.
- The store will feature:
- Unique design in Elementor Pro .
- 3 mobile banners and 3 desktop banners .
- Up to 6 product categories .
- Integration with social networks and WhatsApp .
- Other sections of the store will be agreed in advance .
4. Configuration Requirements
To configure the store correctly, you will need to provide:
- Hosting credentials : access to the hosting panel (cPanel, FTP, database).
- Address and Contact Details : For setting up store information.
- Logo, colors and visual identity (if available).
- Payment and shipping information for integration with gateways and carriers.
⚠️ Attention: We do not request bank details or credit card numbers. The customer must configure this information directly in the WooCommerce dashboard.
5. Checkout Options
The store will be delivered with the standard WooCommerce checkout , with the option to integrate with:
- PagSeguro, Mercado Pago, PayPal, Stripe, Pix and other compatible gateways .
- Transparent checkout , if supported by your chosen gateway.
- Other options must be negotiated prior to hiring.
6. Transfer of Ownership and Costs
- After delivery, the store will be fully transferred to the customer , who will have full control over WordPress and WooCommerce.

- Hosting : prices vary depending on the provider chosen by the client.
- Premium Plugins : If the customer wants extra features, it may be necessary to purchase plugin licenses.
- Elementor Pro (if required, the client must provide the license or purchase it separately).
7. Technical Support
- We provide 30 days of free technical support after delivery. Please see our [Free Technical Support Policy] .
- For additional support after this period, it is possible to purchase extra services.
8. Shipping and Logistics
- We set up basic shipping options via WooCommerce.
- Advanced integrations with carriers (Correios, Jadlog, Melhor Envio, etc.) may generate additional costs.
9. Free Consultation
- As a courtesy , we offer 6 hours of free consulting for customers who hire the WooCommerce Store service.
- The consultancy will be divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each and must be used within 30 days after delivery of the store .
Consulting can be used to:
