1. Shops on Demand

Shopify, Cloud Shop and WooCommerce Wordpress

Custom-developed, according to specifications defined in the contract.

✅ Guarantees:

  • Free technical support for 30 days , covering technical fixes and basic guidance on

    Shopify, Nuvem Shop and woocommerce Wordpress.


  • Free consultancy (6 hours, divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours) for including/excluding products, resolving queries and making small changes to the layout.

❌ Exclusions:

  • Modifications made by the customer or third parties after delivery.
  • Customizations outside the contracted scope.
  • External changes that impact the store’s operation.

2. Ready-made Stores

Shopify, Cloud Shop and WooCommerce Wordpress

Based on optimized templates for fast operation.

✅ Guarantees:

  • Free technical support for 30 days for technical adjustments and initial guidance.
  • Complete transfer of store ownership.
  • Free consultation (6 hours, divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours) for basic adjustments.

❌ Exclusions:

  • Additional customizations after delivery.
  • Changes made by the customer or third parties.

3. Custom Corporate Websites Shopify, Nuvem Shop and Woocommerce Wordpress

Created with custom design and functionality.

✅ Guarantees:

  • Free technical support for 30 days , covering technical adjustments and guidance on the platform.
  • Free consultancy (6 hours, divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours) for image adjustments, technical questions and small layout changes.

❌ Exclusions:

  • Additional customizations outside the contract.
  • Changes made by the customer or third parties.

4. Landing Pages with Systeme.io

Focused on capturing leads and conversions.

✅ Guarantees:

  • Free technical support for 15 days.
  • Basic content and design adjustments.
  • Free consultation (6 hours, divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours).

❌ Exclusions:

  • Changes made outside the original scope.
  • Additional integrations not previously agreed.

5. Tracking with Google Tag Manager (GTM)

✅ The service is delivered according to the contracted specifications and requires formal approval from the client before completion.

❌ No warranty after delivery. Subsequent modifications or adjustments require a new contract.

6. Consulting

✅ We are committed to providing support based on best practices.

❌ We do not guarantee financial or sales results, as they depend on external factors, such as strategy execution, competition and market.

General Conditions

  • The customer must provide accurate information for the configuration of the services.
  • The warranty does not cover modifications made by the customer or third parties after delivery.
  • Changes outside the original scope may incur additional costs.
  • We do not cover failures caused by external changes ( Shopify, Cloud Shop and Woocommerce Wordpress , Systeme.io, GTM , payment gateways, etc. ).
  • We do not perform advanced shipping configurations.
