Hiring Rules – Nuvemshop Custom Shop / Sabrina Brito
1. Delivery Time
- The customized store will be delivered within 10 business days , depending on the complexity of the project and payment confirmation.
2. Domain
- The customer can use their own domain or request the purchase of a new one.
- Purchasing a domain will be charged separately .
- If you want a professional email , this service must also be purchased separately.
- The choice of domain name is the customer's responsibility , but we can offer suggestions.
3. Customizations
- The store will be customized according to the customer's preferences, including design, layout and product integration .
- Inclusion of up to 12 products in the store.
- The choice of products and suppliers is the customer's responsibility .
- Additional products or more complex customizations will be charged separately.
- The store will feature:
- 3 mobile banners and 3 desktop banners .
- Up to 6 product categories .
- Other sections of the store will be agreed in advance .
4. Personal Data
To configure the store correctly, you will need to provide:
- Production Credentials : Used to activate and link store checkout.
- Address and Contact Details : For setting up store information.
⚠️ Attention: We do not request bank details or credit card numbers. This information must be configured directly by the customer on Nuvemshop after the transfer.
5. Checkout Options
The store can be configured with one of the options available on Nuvemshop , according to the allowed integrations:
- Nuvemshop Native Checkout , with compatible payment gateways.
- Integration with external checkout platforms , subject to technical feasibility.
- Other checkout options must be negotiated prior to contracting.
6. Transfer of Ownership and Monthly Fees
- At the time of delivery, the store will be fully transferred to the customer , who will be able to manage it directly on the Nuvemshop platform.
- Nuvemshop offers different subscription plans, which are the customer's responsibility:
- Essential – R$49/month
- Boost – R$ 99/month
- Scale – R$ 199/month
- Business – On request
- The monthly payment for Nuvemshop must be made by the customer directly on the platform.
7. Technical Support
- We provide 30 days of free technical support after delivery. Please see our [Free Technical Support Policy] .
- For additional support after this period, it is possible to purchase extra services.
8. Shipping
- We do not perform advanced shipping configurations.
9. Free Consultation
- As a courtesy , we offer 6 hours of free consulting for customers who hire the Nuvemshop Ready Store service.
- The consultancy will be divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each and must be used within 30 days after delivery of the store .
Consulting can be used to:
✅ Clarification of doubts about how the store works.
✅ Inclusion and exclusion of products and images.
✅ Minor changes to layout and content.
✅ Solving common questions.
