Terms and Conditions – Shopify Ready Store
1. Delivery Time
- The customized store will be delivered within 10 business days , depending on the complexity of the project and payment confirmation.
2. Domain
- The customer can use their own domain or request the purchase of a new one.
- Purchasing a domain will be charged separately .
- If you want a professional email , this service must also be purchased separately.
- The choice of domain name is the customer's responsibility , but we can offer suggestions.
3. Customizations
- The store will be customized according to the customer's preferences, including design, layout and product integration .
- Limit of up to 12 products included in the store.
- The choice of products and suppliers is the customer's responsibility .
- Additional products or more complex customizations will be charged separately.
- The store will feature:
- 3 mobile banners and 3 desktop banners .
- Up to 6 product categories .
- Other sections of the store will be agreed in advance .
4. Personal Data
To configure the store correctly, you will need to provide:
- Production Credentials : Used to activate and link store checkout.
- Address and Contact Details : For setting up store information.
Please note: We do not request bank details or credit card numbers. This information must be set up directly by the customer in Shopify after the transfer.
5. Checkout Options
The store may be delivered with one of the following checkout options:
- Shopify Native Checkout : using the payment gateway chosen by the customer (as long as it is accepted by Shopify).
- Cartpanda Transparent Checkout : with the gateway chosen by the customer (as long as it is accepted by Cartpanda).
- Yampi Transparent Checkout : with the gateway chosen by the customer (as long as it is accepted by Yampi).
- Other checkout options must be negotiated prior to contracting.
6. Transfer of Ownership
- Upon delivery, the store will be fully transferred to the customer , who will be able to manage it directly in Shopify.
- The monthly Shopify fee of $19 will be charged at the time of transfer. Payment must be set up by the customer .
- Shopify only accepts credit cards and PayPal for subscription payments.
7. Technical Support
- We provide 30 days of free technical support after delivery. Please see our [Free Technical Support Policy] .
- For additional support after this period, it is possible to purchase extra services.
8. Shipping
- We do not perform advanced shipping configurations.
9. Free Consultation
- As a courtesy , we offer 6 hours of free consulting for customers who purchase the Shopify Ready Store service.
- The consultancy will be divided into 3 sessions of 2 hours each and must be used within 30 days after delivery of the store .
Consulting can be used to:
✅ Clarification of doubts about how the store works.
✅ Inclusion and exclusion of products and images.
✅ Minor changes to layout and content.
✅ Solving common questions.
This is a great opportunity to ensure your store is set up correctly and is running at maximum efficiency for your online business.

Changes and Additional Services
