At Rodrigo Store, we value transparency and good relationships with our customers. Our refund policy follows the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (CDC) and considers the personalized nature of our services.

1. Right of Withdrawal

According to article 49 of the CDC, the customer may cancel the purchase of products or services acquired outside the commercial establishment within 7 calendar days from the date of contracting or receipt of the product, without the need for justification.

Applicability:

  • Standard Products and Services: Full refund within 7 days.

  • Personalized Services: The right of withdrawal may not apply after the start of the execution of the service.

2. Personalized Services

Our services are highly customized and include:

  • Custom Shopify stores;

  • Customized corporate websites;

  • Landing pages with Systeme.io;

  • Specialized consultancies.

If a service has already been started or completed, a refund may not be possible. Each case will be reviewed individually.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to contato@rodrigostore.com with the cancellation request and reason (optional).

  2. We will review the request and, if applicable, issue a refund within 30 days .

  3. For personalized services already started, the refund may be partial or not applicable.

4. Return of Physical Products

  • The product must be in its original packaging, unused.

  • Return request up to 7 calendar days after receipt.

  • The return label will be sent via email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of return approval.

  • Exchanges must be made through a new purchase after return.

5. Personalized Consulting

Consultations are non-refundable, as they involve the delivery of personalized knowledge and strategies.

6. Final Considerations

7. Late Refunds

If the refund has not been received:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Please contact your card issuer as processing may take a few days.
